# Atendimento WABA (Api Oficial)

A conexão com WABA - Api Oficial do WhatsApp possuí opções exclusivas. A Api Oficial não permite que sejam abertar conversas com mensagens aleatórias, dessa forma, a plataforma recebe as mensagens e você poderá respondê-las dentro do período de 24 horas.

Após esse período, a janela de conversa se fecha, e você só será capaz de conversar com o contato novamente, caso receba uma nova interação iniciada por ele.

Na parte inferior da tela é onde seus usuários vão se comunicar com o cliente. À esquerda se encontram dois novos botões: envio de botões, listas e templates de texto.

Envio de botões: envio de até 3 botões de ação.

Envio de listas: envio de até 5 opções.

Envio de Templates: envio de templates pré-aprovado na sua BM da Meta.
